Booking & Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment - payment needs to be made in advance.

I understand that  unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life where one might consider cancelling an appointment. It is my desire to be effective and fair to all my clients and for my own time management I have adopted the following policies:

• In most cases, a 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling and appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to book themselves in for treatments. 

• If you are unable to give at least 24 hour advanced notice, you will be charged the full amount and no refund is available. 

• NO SHOWS - Anyone who forgets their appointment or running late and have not contacted to notify me - I will wait for 15 minutes. If there is still no show - the full amount will be charged and no refund is available.

Because of the nature of my work - it being a mobile service, there might be unforeseen disruptions such as traffic, if I'm running late myself I will contact you asap.
